Prepaid Service Disabled

I was attempting to upgrade my phone from LG840g phone to an LG306g phone. Upon entered the codes as instructed online, and receiving error message, "Invalid Code - 14" my phone now says SERVICE DISABLED on screen. When it is booting up, a message displays which says PREPAID SERVICE DISABLED.

This should of been simple to do, has been simple in the past. Very frustrated as this is my on-call work phone.
