Received "Invalid Code - 14" and now SERVICE DISABLED

I was having many problems with my LG 840g phone so I purchased a new LG 306g phone. While attempting to transfer number, minutes and days I received "Invalid Code - 14". I tried this a few time, and when I went back to main screen on phone it said SERVICE DISABLED. When I call my cell number, it goes straight to my voice mail. I have reset phone, and nothing helps. I now have the old phone not working, and the new phone also. I have attempted to CHAT, and am getting no where. I keep hearing there is system errors on your phone. Wait 24 hours, then wait 48 hours.

It should be simple process to switch old phone to new phone. I am very frustrated, as I need this phone for work on-call. Any ideas as to what is going on would be appreciated.
