I transfered my service, phone and tried to transfer my number. I went 4 days waiting on the # transfer before I just called. I ended up with a new # which I'm not happy with. Now after 2 days of using my phone & getting some family & friends my new #, my phone just stopped working. It says my phone is blocked from network use. WTF? Net10 is really starting to up set me. I called customer care this afternoon & got disconnected twice. When I my my IMEI # in it tells my the number is not in the system, check the number and try again. What so I do & how do I get my $ back from this worthless company? I'm so done with Net10 & now I'm going to go out of my way to turn people away from this joke of a phone provider. I'm so pissed that I bought that stupid bring your own phone bundle, just so I could keep my # and couldn't keep my # anyway. Then when I'm trying to activate my service I'm told my Iphone 6s is not compatible so I'm forced to by a network plan instead of using the one that came with the bundle for another $50. I feel compleately manipulated, tricked and used by all of this and what it to be made right. Tuesday I am reporting Net10 to the BBB and filing a offical complaint. In the mean time, can anyone tell me what I can do about getting my phone to work again? thank you.
