LGL34C Boot Loop Issue

I turn on the power button, the phone vibrates and begins to boot.
The LG logo screen appears, then a message "Security Error."
It shuts off. It goes into this continuous cycle, rebooting, turning itself off, rebooting, etc...
I tried the factory reset where you hold the power button and the down volume button. Does nothing.
Please help.

HELP I have the same problem as listed here, but noone posts that there is a resolution.
