Hi. I have had this phone for over a year now and I am having the same problem. It says I have no storage space to download anything off the internet. It also states that I can't download anything from Google Play. Recently though the phone has started cutting off the internet, the phone book; it freezes my text messages and also my gmail. I am not sure what the problem is. I have a 2.3.6 Android version. And I just saw a message that the 2.0 g phones were being upgraded or replaced by the company. When I put in my phone number and serial number it either wasn't found or was already at 3.0 g or higher. I am not sure but they may be right that it is a 3.0 generation phone but my android version is low. Until I can get a new phone I need to be able to download the apps and right now I can't. Is there anyway you could help me or recommend a phone that is just as good with a 4.0 or higher?

Also Is there anyway to get rid of some things on the phone itself? like on the phone I thought I could use google voice but I can't. and now i have all these icons on my phone can i get rid of them or do I have to dump everything?
