My lgl34c is stuck in boot loop displaying error codes saying boot certification verify. It was going to lg logo and off but now this PLEASE HELP

Hello I have this same issue. I bought this phone from Family dollar for my daughter...didnt even get minutes on it because of this. Never had time to do anything about it. Is there any way to fix it?
