i just bought a 55$ plan from net10 yesterday for a month of texting and minutes with 5gb of data. i still had about 4 hours left on my old plan, so it said that my new plan was placed in the account reserve. at midnight last night my old plan expired, but my new plan didn't kick in and my phone is deactivated. i have no idea how to resolve this as now i don't have a phone and live on my own. and also, i never receive about 75% of texts that people send to my phone, and only about 50% of the texts i send actually send. they usually just say sending and stay that way. please help. this sucks.
