LGL35G data network(3G) not working

Hi. I bought a $50 Unlimited airtime card and redeemed it a few days ago. I can call and receive calls, and text, but I can't connect to the internet. The 3G icon at the very top of my display is white, not green. It doesn't turn green. Wi-Fi is working though. I can access the internet using Wi-Fi. But not using 3G. My apps are not working either.

So, using 3G, :
1. I'm able to call and text.
2. But the internet is not working. Neither the apps requiring internet.

Help me. My phone's model number: LG L35G.
