Hello.. My brother in law has the LG100C and has time on his service plan and has message service disabled. Phone will ring in when receiving call, if tries to answer will forward to vm. Can't make any outgoing calls.

net10 issue

hi i am a current user of net10 phones what i am wondering is, can i purshase one of the net10 android phones and use it with a 25$ card ? I do not like the monthly 40 & 50$ plans because i do not use it enough to want to pay the money, but would like one of the better touch screen phones to use with the pay as you go cards . please help me with this issue
