I'm trying to transfer my number and minutes from my old LG100c to my new LG100c and I keep getting an error that says "you have entered an incorrect number". I'm not sure what to do. Anyone have any ideas?! Thanks!

I'm on hold with your customer "service," for the second time this morning, and for (so far) a combined total of 2 hours 24 minutes. I have this phone and have had no trouble with it until Friday, when I switched to the 750-minute monthly plan. I was able to use 2 of those minutes and have had "No Service" ever since. Please advise.

Wow. So I have to post 5 times before we can take this in private. Great. Here is post 2. My serial number (which I am sure should be public knowledge) is 268*******************.

Is there a code that I can put in to update my LG800g to the most recent updates. My coverage is not as good as it used to be. The larger carriers had you call *228 to update your area and firmware updates. Please respond with answer as my call quality has dropped dramatically.
