I just bought a LG Optimus LGL34C and a card and activated the phone, but internet doesn't work without WIFI and I can make calls.

Good morning.
I have a LG 900G. I haven't been able to get online for a while now. I can't send any pictures at all, but I do have a little disk in it and am able to save my pictures on it. I will like to know what is going on that I can't get online at all? Your help is greatly appreciated.
