Hello, I am having trouble with the ringer volume on my phone. I have checked the settings for the ringer volume and it is set on five. When some one calls me the ringer doesn't have any sound, but it vibrates and I didn't set it to vibrate.

Thanks,

Hi thea67. My name is NET Louise. On your phone, go to Menu>Settings>Sound, then Select Master Volume/ Keypad/ Earpiece/ Speaker. Please press the Arrow Up (^) key or the Arrow down key to increase or decrease the volume of your phone. Thank you.

I tried this already, before I ever signed up for the forum. The phone seems to be stuck in vibrate mode and the ringer is being overridden by it and master volume says that the ringer is set on volume 5.

Thanks,

If this is a help forum, then why do you have to make a certain amount of posts to be able to use the PM system?
