Hi

I am trying to reactivate my phone, however Im getting an error when trying to add airtime. I suspect I may have to alter something in Code Entry Mode since I had a monthly plan card prior to now adding a 200minute prepaid card.

Please help! I do not have another phone to call Customer Service!

you can choose "set by network", "on" and "off". if it's already "set by network" then it's not your phone.

Hello. I have been using the 30 day 750 plan with out complaint for three months. Than five days ago I unfortunately had a troublesome time entering a 30 day 750 card. The service was repeatedly unavailable though I was eventually able to finish that transaction using the Online method, without any further problems. Then yesterday I tried to make a call and was informed by automated message that my phone is deactivated.

My phone's model is "LG320G"

My phone's software version is "V10h"
