I am having the same problem. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get help, first they said I selected the plan without internet, but when I showed them that wasn't true then they tried to blame Apple for the phone problems. Had that been the case then this problem would have been there all this time. The problem only showed up when I paid for this months service. Anyway when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then hung up on. This is not acceptable.
