I'm having the same issue! I have been for a while.
About a month and a half ago, ATT crashed in our area, and data was down for about a day, but for about the last week, I cannot use and of the 3G functions. I was starting to think maybe 3G had gone away and only 4G existed these days...
Also, my cell functions are all showing up white rather than green, and messages are not getting delivered consistently in a timely manner (some texts/voicemails arrive on time, others a day or two later).
