I am posting about a friend's LG300G he got a couple months ago. The phone froze but then he was able to turn it off. It won't turn back on now. He does not want to buy a new phone so will have to discontinue service if the phone won't turn on. Any suggestions?

When she plugs in the charger will it indicate it is charging? Most of my old phones lit up screen and showed the battery getting fuller till it was full. Then I might open it up and remove the battery and count out 10 slow seconds. Then put it back together. Then try to power up.

It wont hurt any worse to try that while waiting for further advice to slowly show. It might even work.

Good day, carrielynn. We're sorry for the trouble. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your friend's issue with the phone. You may try removing the battery out from the phone while it’s turned on, wait for 20 seconds, replace the battery, turn the phone back on, wait for another 20 seconds and let us know if this helps. Thanks.
