DO YOU EVEN READ THE THREADS? MR. DUCKETTS IS TRYING TO HELP ME GET MY PHONE WORKING. HE DOESN'T HAVE THE ISSUE--I DO--THE POOR SCHMUCK ABOVE HIM WHOSE PHONE STILL ISN'T WORKING AFTER 15 DAYS.
NOW I'M GOING TO COPY THIS ENTIRE THREAD AND SEND IT TO CONSUMERIST.COM. THEY'LL GET A LAUGH OUT OF IT. THEN THEY WILL PUBLISH IT.
Honest to God, how dumb are you people? You have an extremely disgruntled customer, and you can't even remember? My file has to be at least 50 pages now--I've been on the phone with you every day. For hours.
Doesn't anyone read a file before attempting to help a customer?
By the way, since you've sold me a phone and a plan that is useless, I will be reporting Net 10 to the state's Attorney General's office for fraud.
