Honest to God, how dumb are you people? You have an extremely disgruntled customer, and you can't even remember? My file has to be at least 50 pages now--I've been on the phone with you every day. For hours.

Doesn't anyone read a file before attempting to help a customer?

By the way, since you've sold me a phone and a plan that is useless, I will be reporting Net 10 to the state's Attorney General's office for fraud.

Same here. Phone calls and text fine but no data connection. It has been this way for about 3 weeks. I have talked to tech support but after they could not fix it they said there was an outage in the area. It seems there has been an outage for a long time. I have been using Net 10 for a long time but ready to move on if this isn't fixed.
