Hi. I bought a $50 Unlimited airtime card and redeemed it a few days ago. I can call and receive calls, and text, but I can't connect to the internet. The 3G icon at the very top of my display is white, not green. It doesn't turn green. Wi-Fi is working though. I can access the internet using Wi-Fi. But not using 3G. My apps are not working either.

I posted this topic in a previous post but this one still applies. I talked with Customer Service last night and I can say their solutions did not work. I am going to post what I have done and what the customer representative said so that we can get on the same page with this issue. This support forum doesn't help much if follow up and solution aren't posted here.

1. My phone was activated now two days ago and I have no internet access. At the time of the first posting to this forum (yesterday) I could get Wireless from an access point but nothing else.
2. The bar at the top of the screen says 3G but remains white (bars coming and going), but I paid for 4G service and I am suspecting this really means it is not being translated correctly.
3. The representative asked me to clear cache, turn off the phone, remove the battery and sim. Then repeat only backwards. The phone booted back with same results.
4. The next answer from the representative was to wait 24 hours for data services. I have, same result.
5. I have reset the phone all together. Same result. I need other solutions. I am paying the fee for data services that are no being delivered.
