I am trying to reactivate my Net10 account using a $30 airtime pin but it gives me the same error message.

Hello. I'm currently dealing with a problem similar to the OP's: Net10 prepaid plan expired for a short time (about two-and-a-half weeks in my case), new card not compatible. My phone is an LG L16C, and while I normally go with the $35 unlimited plan, the problematic card is for the $25/1000-minute plan. I see no indication on the card that it is not compatible with any particular model, so could someone shed some light on the issue for me? Thanks in advance.

Having the same issue. just bought lg sunrise and 300 min card for $30. says card is not compatible. shouldn't the store clerks know, so this doesn't happen?
