I have attempted to reactivate my Net10 cell phone LG300G that was used until November 2010. The unit was stored after that but I will use it again during my USA visit from 10-17Sep 2011. I'm unable to add airtime to reactivate it with the message said that
"The SIM Serial Number of your SIM card is already active to another Serial number in our system. Please input another SIM Serial Number Please call the Customer Care Center at 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368)".
Please suggest my best options.
Today I'm still in Thailand and will fly to USA on Saturday.

Hi Rith. Your SIM card must be replaced. We can process a SIM card exchange at no cost to you which you should receive in 3-5 days, maximum of 7 days. Would you like to continue? If so, please provide me with your shipping information via private message (First & Last name, contact #, e-mail address & shipping address) so we can now create a ticket to request for your SIM card replacement. Thank you.

Does anyone else's phone just turn off for no reason? Sometimes it turns back on after I press the Power button, but other times, I have to reset it by taking the battery out. And often, even that doesn't work and I have to stick the charger into it again, take out the battery, and try again.

Which brings me to another point: the battery icon at the top right is not accurate at all...I would carry my phone all day and then charge it at the end, only for there the screen to show a message saying it's already fully charged (and then the above problem with random turning off happens the next day), and sometimes, the battery icon is full and I charge it, and then the icon shows that the phone is indeed charging...

Dear Net-10
My LG300 has died .... nothing can be input or incoming calls.... just dead dead dead.
I want to buy a new LG800 ... I have a lot of minutes on the dead 300....
can I transfer the balance air time to my new phone as well as keep the same phone number ?
Also, is the power connector the same ?
Thanks, John
