I have an lg 531a and have tried to activate it over the phone. the phone will not make or receive calls it also will not send txt messages, it will receive them but will not let me open them. the phone has a phone number and the phone was able to connect when the representative asked me to call net10 to update the phone. The front of the screen is saying "activation required" could you tell me what I need to do.
