I am also experiencing this problem, with the additional issue that I cannot make or receive calls, though I am getting a signal. Also, I cannot seem to find out (through the phone menus) how many minutes/air time I have.

I have been a customer for over a year and haven't any problems until a couple of days ago. I can send messages and have confirmed that people have received them. But when they text me back it never shows up on my phone. Out of ideas of what to try next. Please help
