My service is disabled even though i still a lot of prepaid time on my phone, i think my nephew moved something on it while wasn’t looking. i tried contacting customer service by email but, they want me to call them. there is nobody around me that can lend me a phone to call them. I need to have this fixed because I’m expecting some important calls from potential employers. Can somebody please help me?

hi, my boyfriend has a LG not sure what it is i know its a touch screen that doesn't slide. I tried calling earlier but i got told i called the wrong number and no one was able to help me so i'm hoping someone will be able to help me here. When i call his phone it says the number or code is incorrect what does this mean? This is very urgent!!
