My phone will not connect to your network. I have had your service for a very long time and never had this problem before. You recently charged me for the next month so I don't understand the problem. I have shut my phone off multiple times and even removed the battery and sim card to check if there was any dust buildup blocking the connection. I am getting frustrated because you guys don't have a 24 hour help line which seems strange to me. Cannot make calls, texts, or go on the internet. I also checked my status on your website and I see no problem with the phone.
