My phone will not connect to your network. I have had your service for a very long time and never had this problem before. You recently charged me for the next month so I don't understand the problem. I have shut my phone off multiple times and even removed the battery and sim card to check if there was any dust buildup blocking the connection. I am getting frustrated because you guys don't have a 24 hour help line which seems strange to me. Cannot make calls, texts, or go on the internet. I also checked my status on your website and I see no problem with the phone.

Having the same issue. Why don't any of you Net10 guys ever answer anyones questions? You all seem to say, check your inbox or a message has been sent to you. Post how to fix the problems for the rest of us to read would you? What good is this stupid forum when all that is ever seen are the questions not the solutions? Net10 Javier, Net10 Joe and all you other Net10 yahoo's? God this service is such a joke.

I have been out of country a short while. I came back yesterday, turned my phone on, and though my sim recognizes there is signal it cant seem to connect for data or calls etc.
