I've had the Samsung R355c for over a year now and have never had a problem with it. I recently traveled around New England and when I returned noticed that my phone will no longer roam when I travel. If I am not on a Home tower, my display reads no service, when I used to have roaming coverage. When I do get roaming coverage, as soon as I make a call, the display reads no service. I have checked the system settings and selected automatic and it doesn't make a difference. I've even tried dialing *22801 and *22800. Neither have working and speaking with tech support on the phone is a nightmare. Has anyone else had this issue resolved and could share a few pointers?
