Hello,
I have a t401 g that belonged to my daughter. She used it for about six months then got another phone. I would like to get it set up for my wife to use, her phone is a 4 year flip phone. The 401 doesn't have a sim card, I don't know what my daughter did with it.

Can I get a sim card for it and get it set up for my wife?

This phone deactivated today. On Friday I received an email that there had been a system error and this month was not charged. It said that the problem was fixed and that we would receive this month's benefits at no charge.

I don't understand why it was deactivated. Please reactivate as soon as possible

Thanks,
Brenda

I just bought this phone as a replacement for a broken phone. I have had it for 2 days and have mostly been unable to use it at all due to having no signal. The phone goes from 1 bar to no service intermittently. I usually get no bars at all and on the rare occasion I do have a signal it always drops the call within 1 minute.
I have had net10 service for almost 8 years and have never had this issue, and I have been using the service on my previous phone at this location for at least 3 years.

My old T401G's screen is broken & I just bought a new T401G to replace it. I realize this is an "antique" phone but so am I. EVERYTHING is on that broken phone. I'm still waiting on the new phone to be activated, supposed to take up to 2 days. When it is, HOW do get my data from the old phone to the new one?

Hi AngelaInAbilene. My name is Net Debbie and I will be addressing your question. Just power cycle your new phone once it is activated, then access your phone's browser to check if it's working. Should you need further assistance, please check your inbox for a message. Thank you.
