My Samsung T401G phone cannot send or receive a signal. It comes up with "restriction 34". It works on and off, but it mostly doesn't and it drops every call I try to make within the first twenty seconds. I just bought this new phone for an upgrade... and now I am paying for service days and minutes that I am unable to use. Every time I contact Net10 through technical support/email, I am told to call to resolve the issue. I cannot call because my phone doesn't work.

I have Samsung New PC studio. I can download calendar and contacts from my phone, but cannot get text messages...it says the phone is not capable. I have a 8GM microsdram card in the phone, and a wireless USB connector. Is there a phone app that i can download that will make this possible? or something else i can do?

sara023, as per offline conversation, ticket has been created for your phone replacement request at no cost to you which you should receive in 3-5 days or may take up to 7 days. I believe this resolves your issue. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.

Sharon, my name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your question. Sorry, your phone is not capable of downloading calendar and contacts because it isn't supported. It will only allow you to download games, graphics and ringtones. No other application you can download that will make it possible because it's restricted. I believe this answers your question. Have a good day.
