To turn the speakerphone on, once you are in an active call, press the key below the word option and scroll down to the word "Speakerphone" then press OK to activate that. HiWhen I try to text I get a screen that says "Enter Center".I called customer service and they said I need to call from another phone to help me. Unfortunately my only phone is the Net10 phone!Amy

hi,my wife left her phone at our vacation home and will not be able to get back for 2 weeks,,,can we forward her calls to another number,or can we access her voice mail to get the outgoing message changed so callers can try her at another number?

Good day eddie. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concern. Forwarding her calls to another number isn't possible with Net10 as we do not support call forwarding feature. However, she can access her voicemail from a different phone. She will just need to make sure that her voicemail is set up and she knows her voicemail pass code so she can access and retrieve her voice messages from a landline or from a different phone. She will just need to dial her Net10 phone number from a different phone and interrupt her voicemail recording with a (*) or a (#) sign, she will be asked then to enter her voicemail pass code and after she enters it, she will then hear her voice messages one by one.
