How to upgrade to a Galaxy s8?

I have a Net10 plan with an old android phone and I want to upgrade, but when I put in my zip code in the shop, there are only ten phone options and most of them are old as well. Why is the selection so tiny? Can I not get a galaxy s8 with Net10?
