I have a basic Samsung 360 with 175 service days left and over 15,000 minutes. What can I do if I get a new smartphone?

Hi bjblake. I'm NET10 Larry. The phone number, remaining minutes and service days can be transferred over to the Smartphone. The Smartphone has three separate bucket for calls, text and data. After the transfer, your Smartphone will have 15,000 minutes voice calls, 15,000 text and 14.65 GB of data. Thank you.

Another alternative would be to sell the phone with the minutes and phone number. Does that work?

Hi bjblake. I'm NET10 Larry. Yes. That is possible since it is not a contract phone. The new owner can request for a new number. The phone number can be changed without extra cost. Also, you need remove the phone from your NET10 My Account if you wish to sell it.
