Stephanie , Hi this is Lorie i have got the minute issued resolved but now can you help me with another issue... i can call the number to my husband or he can call me but the phone shuts off after 1 minute of talking what could be goin on with this phone... i have the brand listed above... please help me with this issue as the minutes now added arent goin to help me if i cant use the phone... gettn really aggravated with this today... thanks for your help... Lorie.... and i cant reply to you cause i dont know how... thanks

hello... i have sent reply with serial # as inquired to do so and still no response... its like somebody tells me to do something and then 10 hrs each time before i hear from them again... is Net 10 still in business... or is service out the wknd... this is my only way of trying to get a response is thru internet as my phone wont work...

Today received new 408g phone from net10 store.

transferred my old number to the new phone today.

can't get any bars as in signal strength from 408g, when a hour before my Mor w375 worked fine in the signal level.

called back at 10pm EST to Net 10 teck support, Belize, nice support person, imputed many codes, but did not get phone working before we were cut off from Skype at 11pm EST and couldn't call back as office closed for the night.

well many I hope we can correct the singal problem, phone No connection in house, but if I drive a mile down te road the phone shows 1 bar.

Until Tomorrow Again we will try again

I might be in the same boat. I havent activated the phone yet, I am dealing with transferring my old number and minutes to it currently, and it is very difficult. But, it is not holding a charge, I left it on the charger for many hours yesterday, expecting it to be full before bed. It wasnt even charged by morning, and it shut off instantly. The battery is bad or the phone cant be turned on until service is activated.
