MY SIM CARD ON MY PREPAID LG PHONE IS BLOCKED. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WOMAN WAS VERY UNHELPFUL. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN RECEIVE HELP IN FIXING THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU

kreynolds: We will try to enter these PUK code first and see if it could unblock the SIM:

1. Please press the following keys on your NET10 phone: 276******. (Actual PUK code was sent to your Forum inbox)
2. Now press the key below the word OK.
3. Your phone should display the message "New PIN Code," please enter 1111, and then press OK.
4. Your phone should display the message " Confirm PIN Code," please re-enter 1111, and then press OK.
5. Your phone screen should display the message "PIN Code Unblocked."
6. Please remember that your PIN number is 1111.

If code will not be accepted then it means SIM card was permanently blocked and it needs to be replaced. Please let me know. Thank you.

Your ticket number is 103*******. It normally takes 3-5 days to receive your replacement SIM card. However, there is a possibility that it may take up to 7 days.

Once you receive your new SIM card, please visit our website at www.net10wireless.com, or contact us back so we can activate the new SIM card with the same phone number attach to your phone.

You may also check the status of your ticket anytime by visiting our website at www.net10wireless.com, or by contacting our Customer Care Center at 1-877-836-2368, and providing your ticket number. Thank you.

PLEASE help it says PUK BLOCKED on my phone and i cant use it what do i do please help
