EM326g "No Signal"

Hi Net10: I've had my EM326g phone for over a year now and have been satisfied with the experience. In the past month, however, my phone has been dropping the signal (not in call) and not picking it up at random points during the day. The home screen says "No Signal" and there are no bars. The only remedy is to power it off and turn it back on. This is especially annoying when I might miss important calls or texts because the phone has lost its signal and I don't know since it is in my pocket. Relevant information: I bought the phone in CA but moved to TX. The phone has been working in TX for close to a year, but I recently visited CA for a month with my Net10 Phone.In addition, since I've had the phone I've noticed that the GPRS data signal turns to the arrows a few seconds after turning the phone off. I've been able to use the phone since regardless, so I don't think it is related. I don't use mobile web. Thank you,Jeff.
