2 things - WHY do I frequently get "Emergency Service Only" messages when I try to use the phone, and the occasional "No Service"? This is when I'm using the phone right here at my house, not like I'm out of state!!!

Also : I need a new phone number - whoever had this one last hasn't let his pals know and I get all the stupid texts from strangers!!!
