TWO ISSUES:

My Motorola 375g has all kinds of nifty features which net10 programmed OUT of the phone, i.e., the ability to download/upload pictures and phone numbers from my PC. So of course now my fancy phone, is useless. No sane person is going to manually program 250 numbers into his telephone. And what's the point of having a camera function, if net10 programmed out your ability to download the shots you take? STUPID.

I was so mad about it, I made a video in Youtube about it two years ago in my brainout1 channel. So Issue #1, is this terrible practice still going on? No point in staying with net10 if the cellphone I bought FROM net10, has its features programmed out of it.

Issue #2: is there any way to DISABLE text messages? I have to pay for spam text messages sent to me from anonymous phone numbers advertising one product or another, and net10 also sends me spam messages. I don't text message, and I don't want to receive any. So is there a way to disable the function?

Sorry to be so blunt, but I've been nicely complaining for three years, to no avail. Thank you for your time.

Good day, brainouty. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concerns.

Issue #1: No, you will not be able to send and receive picture messages or videos on your phone. We understand your concern but with NET10 this model was designed to work this way though we are offering new models that will allow you to enjoy the data features on the phone. You may click on this link: http://www.net10.com/phones.jsp?nextPag ... sh=YES&b=i to check our available models.

Issue #2: Unfortunately, there is no way to disable to text messaging feature on your phone as this feature comes with the package. If you don't want to receive messages from us, please send us your phone's serial number via private message to further assist you with your concern. Thank you.
