I RECEIVED MY PHONE IN THE MAIL TODAY, I TRYED TO ACTIVATE IT && I DID.. IT SAYS I HAVE MINUTES ON MY PHONE.I CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE PHONE CALLS OR GET ON THE BROWSER OR SEND OR RECEIVE MESSAGES. I HAVE NO LANDLINE PHONE TO CALL TOO TALK ON CUSTOMER SERVISE FOR HOURS. I DID HOWEVER USE MY MOMS CELL PHONE WHICH I ENDED UP USING UP ALL HER MINUTES AND THE CALL WAS DROPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF FIXING THIS PROBLEM. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND FAST. ALSO I WOULD LIKE MY SERVISE DAY BACK SINCE TODAY MY PHONE IS NOT ACTIVE AND I DONT BELIEVE IT WOULD BE FAIR FOR MY SERVISE DAY TO BE WHINDING DOWN WHEN MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING.

I have been a NET10 customer for years.Lately I have problems loosing minutes, when I turn my phone back on they are gone. The last time I lost 115 minutes.Sometimes my phone wont get service and I have to turn it off and back on thats when I loose my minutes.I've had my recent phone for about 2 months and the same problem with it.

I just received a motorola EM326g within the last week that I purchased from your site, refurbished... I am unable to access the phones internal memory or send picture messages... I am able to take and save pictures onto my memory card, but then I got to SEND someone a picture it says "memory full" which is what it would say when I tried saving a picture without a memory card in... HELP

Hi Net10: I've had my EM326g phone for over a year now and have been satisfied with the experience. In the past month, however, my phone has been dropping the signal (not in call) and not picking it up at random points during the day. The home screen says "No Signal" and there are no bars. The only remedy is to power it off and turn it back on. This is especially annoying when I might miss important class or texts because the phone has lost its signal and I don't know since its in my pocket. Relevant information: I bought the phone in CA but moved to TX. The phone has been working in TX for close to a year, but I recently visited CA for a month with my Net10 Phone. In addition, since I've had the phone I've noticed that the GPRS data signal turns to the arrows a few seconds after turning the phone off. I've been able to use the phone since regardless, so I don't think it is related. I don't use mobile web. Thank you,Jeff.
