Sim Lock Code-1 Help!

Hello, I'm having trouble with my phone I've a new sim card I'm trying to use and I've received a code to remove this issue yet it won't work. After typing in my code it says "sim invalid" then goes to the main screen as if I had unlocked it but with no service. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance.

I can't reply in the private message section. However, my net10 sim card works fine the one I'm trying to use is from pure talk usa.

Hi exiled4now. Please be informed that you can only use a NET10 SIM card to your NET10 phone. SIM cards from other network will not work.

I turned my phone off and then back on a few times and the issue resolved itself. Thanks for your willingness to help!
