restricted error

I purchased a global calling card today. However, I was unable to call to Canada, I called the required access numbers, but I get a check restricted error 54 or 56. thanks

I have a password. I enter it and the message says, login complete but I am not taken to the restricted area. I tried re-registering for a password but I get the Illegal Referrer message. I have cookies enabled and the latest java. Please help.
