Wrong plan card

I bought the wrong plan card. Apparently I grabbed the mobile hotspot card thinking it was the normal card (wrong) and now I have no plan for my phone. I can't get it refunded at the store or exchange. Called support and they told me to take it back to the store. Now here I am lol. Is there anything I can do in this situation?
