W409G - Screen broken

The screen on my W409G is broken and I just need one thing, unless there's an easier way to get contacts off of it.

Can someone provide a list of keystrokes I would need to put in to send each contact (remember, I can't see the screen)?

For example, (Options) Menu > (2) Contacts > (Up or down for contacts) Select Contact > (Options) Options > (5) Send Contact > (OK) From Contacts > (Up or down for contacts) Select Contact > (OK) > (Send)
