puk code has locked my phone

I need a solution as fast as possible to this issue. my phone is completely locked from normal use and is asking me for a puk code? anyone here that can help??

Using you finger press the following numbers on you NET10 phone: 89059786.
Now press the "Ok" icon.
Your phone should display the message "New PIN Code," please enter 1111, and then press the "Ok" icon.
Your phone should display the message " Verify PIN Code," please re-enter 1111, and then press the "Ok" icon.
Your phone screen should display the message "Accepted."
Please remember that your PIN is 1111.
