Net10 Online Support Chat

I have an idea for improved customer service. Instead of having this back and forth through the forums and private mail, how about creating an Online Support Chat service. This way, you could solve customer problems immediately and they would be much happier.

If you think this is a good idea. Please reply and maybe we get some support for the folks at Net10 to start this valuable service.

I agree with this, you guys stand to gain a lot of iphone users who are out of contract but your support isn't up to par yet.

I am very upset i paid the international calling and my phone has not been working for a week now. All my phone does is freeze and stay on the tracfone wireless screen i tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and nothing it does the same thing. i really need my phone for phone calls to work and international calling. What do you suggest i do ? will my monthly money go to waste ?
