If you will be porting your number from StraightTalk to our NET10 phones online, on our website go to tab where it says Activate/Reactivate. Then choose the option, Activate my NET10 phone with a number from another company (We will create a Ticket to Port your number). This transfer may take up to 14 business days to process.
