my phone on another account??

A while ago, I signed up on net10.com to register my new minutes on my phone. It has been a while since I have been back....today I was going to add minutes to my phone through the website and I log in (no problems). But it says there are no phones associated with my account. What?? So I go to add my phone and it tells me that my phone is associated with another account (what?). So my question is....is there someone wh*can somehow figure out what "account" my phone is associated with and "move" it to my account??Thanks! Tina
