I just got 2 new phones activated, but my wife doesn't like hers. Can I buy her a new phone and get the services days and minutes from her current phone transferred over to the new phone?

Hi Dennis. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. Yes, you can go ahead and transfer the phone number and service days from the old phone to the new phone as long as the phone is active in the system. You can call the Customer Service Hotline at 1-877-836-2368. We are open from Mondays-Sundays from 8:00Am-11:00PM EST. You can also visit the website atwww.net10.com and go to "Activate/Reactivate" then click on "Transfer Number". I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you.
