cant received messages

i am very very upset and frustrated your companys phone service. despite calling your customer service 3 times, the problem of not receving the text continues. i am just losing my minutes and wasting time with your net10. and then going to support forum to ask for support and again i need to use internet fot that, wh*gonna pay for that??????. why all this hassle? Can the problem be solved as soon as possible. extra minutes added for compensation. if u want me to remain with company.
