What is the purpose of this forum? Customer comments are all complaints. Net 10 replies are always about contacting offline. How are we going to learn anything? Why don't you answer questions on this forum?

Good day, rene. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your question. Please click on this link: https://www.net10.com/direct/init_activ ... activation to transfer your number from old phone to new. New phone must not be active for the process to be successful. If new phone is already active with a new number, please let us know and we'll assist you in transferring your phone number from one phone to another. Also, any minutes left from the old phone can also be transferred to the new phone. Hope this helps. Thank you.

how can i transfer min. from one net10 phone to another if ive forgotten the number of the phone with the min on it?

Good day, garydean. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your question. We can then ask for the serial number of the phone if you still have it. If this information isn't available also then we cannot pull up the account to remove the remaining minutes from that phone to transfer it over to new. Hope this answers your question. Hi! I am not only new here but new to Net10 and the whole newer technology cell phone thing in general, the mobile phones I have used in the past just made phone calls. I'm sure I will have some general novice questions to ask and will be looking for more information on my LG 900G that I got yesterday.

If your phone was stolen, we can flagged as stolen so nobody can use it and you can purchase a new phone, transfer your phone number and any minutes left from the old phone to new. Hope this helps.
