someone please fix my phone or tell me what the heck is going on. This whole reply four times is crazy. I am a paying customer and need customer service. Obviously if my phone does not work I can not call the customer service number. I am seriously considering contacting the BBB. This service is crazy. I have one phone where no one can hear me on it and I can only send text messages and the other one wont even turn on and I just added unlimited minutes to both of them. I have had these phones for less than 6months on one and less than 3 on the other. smh... this service is terrible.

you guys have cut my phone off in the middle of services days. I paid for 60 service days and 300 mins with unlimited carry over mins. I had 40000 mins on my phone with 33 service days left. I don't understand why you guys did that?
