I do not understand why I can't get to online tech support on the website without picking a buy now pin. the phone isnt eligible for buy now, so when i try to pick a pin like it asks it says it cant process the request, subsequently i cant get to the online tech support. I hate calling because I never get anyone who actually speaks English, so after being on hold for 30min to an hour I spend another half an hour trying to understand what they are saying.
