Hi Veronarmt. I'm NET - Maria. To change your password in NET10 Forum, on the log in page, click on I forgot my password. Once done, enter the e-mail address you've used in the account. You will receive a link on your e-mail on how to reset your password. To further assist you, please check your Forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your Forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611. Thank you.
